Anderson Poolworks brings 125 years of combined experience in commercial pool and spa construction, renovation, filtration and water quality systems. Dana oversees the strategic direction that has empowered Anderson Poolworks to evolve and expand within the aquatics industry as a whole, regionally in the Pacific Northwest, and now in Hawaii. For over 18 years he has sat on several industry boards, including the APSP Builder’s Council, the National Pool Industry Research Foundation, the NPC, and the State of Oregon Swimming Pool Rule Revision Committee. He’s most proud of the team at Anderson Poolworks for their adaptability, forward-thinking, and desire to learn as changemakers in the industry.

Brody provides leadership for the continued development of commercial projects in the Pacific Northwest. With 22 years of industry experience, Brody is especially experienced in commercial renovation. He also specializes in pre-construction and construction consulting and management for Recreation Districts and property management groups.

Leading the charge in Hawaii is Jason Schallock, with over 22 years in aquatic design, construction, repair, and equipment, including extensive technical and construction field experience. Also the Co-Chair of APSP Commercial Council and prominent member of the Council for Model Aquatic Health Code (CMAHC) and International Swimming Pool & Spa Code (ISPSC) Joint Task Force, Jason is a leader and educator in aquatics with a desire to better the industry as a whole.

Craig manages and oversees the Anderson Projects team and 10+ million dollars in projects a year. He is also key in managing the company’s construction activities and schedules. As the former owner/operator of an aquatic construction company in southern California, Craig has a strong background in the pool and water feature installation and service industry, and solidifies APW’s safety program with a background as a former Sheriff’s Deputy, volunteer firefighter, EMT and swift water rescue technician. He’s driven to now to share his well-rounded experience to benefit the pool industry as a whole.

Lloyd is a lifelong Hawaii resident who has lived in Kona, Hawaii for over 30 years and comes to Anderson Poolworks with Luxury Resort knowledge and experience as the previous Director of Engineering for Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, as well as the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. He also has over 15 years of experience in construction and construction management for electrical and full mechanical in commercial and resort projects in Hawaii. He brings with him an extensive and diverse sales, business and management background and experience.

Krista comes from an artificial rockwork background where her aquatic world consisted of animal habitats within the zoo and aquarium industry, park and playgrounds, theme parks and coastal stabilization. With over a decade of experience, she brings not only a passion for conservation and sustainability to APW, but also a vision to grow across the globe. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing guides APW to new territories hoping to expand the vision of wellness and Ohana to all. With numbers as a background skillset, she is our lead estimator on projects that range from high-end residentials, to massive commercial builds and themed environments.
